At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Stanborough Road - A6129 (signposted Town Centre). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Broadwater Road - A6129 (signposted Industrial Areas). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Broadwater Road - A1000 (signposted Business and Industrial Area). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Bessemer Road - A1000 (signposted Stevenage). Bear left (one-way system) (signposted Stevenage , All Other Routes). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto The Boulevard (signposted Shire Park Business Area). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Falcon Way

Coming from Birmingham or the North:

Leave the M1 at junction 7, then join the M10 motorway  (signposted M10 St. Albans, Hatfield). At Park Street Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A414   (signposted Hatfield). At London Colney Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto North Orbital Road - A414   (signposted Hatfield). Keep in left-hand lane. At roundabout take the 2nd exit, then join the A1(M) motorway (signposted The North, Stevenage) Hatfield Tunnel. Leave the A1(M) at junction 4, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A414   (signposted Hertford, Welwyn Garden City).
